BAR MODEL TRANSFER MACHINE
BAR Model CNC Rotary Transfer Machines are designed to meet performance and flexibility requirements and to be able to machine high precision workpieces from tube, section and bars. This model, which is able to machine tube, section and bars from 1 meter to 12 meters, offers unrivalled advantages because of the ability to simultaneously process many different surfaces of the workpiece. A BAR Model CNC Rotary Transfer Machine has 3 to 15 times higher capacity than standard machine tools and it is much more faster than Swiss-Type lathes, 6-Spindle lathes or Bar-Feeding lathes. It can perform more precise machining than Swiss- Type lathes, 6-Spindle lathes or Multi-Axis lathes. The main features that make this machine different from other machines are that it has a magazine servo bar feeder, it can process different types and diameters of bars, and it can easily switch between different parts. A Bar Model CNC Rotary Transfer Machine can have a vertical or horizontal turret. It can range from a machine with 2 stations, 3 units and 5 axes to a machine with 18 stations, 40 units and 128 axes. It can machine bars with all kinds of materials such as Brass, Aluminium, Steel and similar and circular, oval, quadrangular, hexagonal, octagonal, decagonal, dodecagonal and various shapes. The lengths of these bars can vary from 1 meter to 6 meters. ECO, PRO or MICRON model units can be used according to the type of machining. In addition, with the bar feeding technology developed by KESTECH, the tail residue has been reduced up to 2 centimetres. In this way, we are able to offer the maximum level of raw material savings compared to equivalent machines.
