START MODEL ROTARY TRANSFER MACHINES
Are designed to be able to process sensitive parts within narrow tolerances and to meet the performance and flexibility needs of the customer. This model is manually fed. Anoperator is needed for loading and unloading. We recommend START Model CNC Rotary Transfer Machines for workpieces that are not suitable for bar or robotic feeding. START Model CNC Rotary Transfer Machines are completely controlled by servos with absolute encoders. It is the right choice to work rigidly at high speed and to machine many workpieces in just one machine.
This model CNC Rotary Transfer Machines can have a horizontal or vertical turret. The number of stations can vary from 2 stations to 12 stations. Also, a total of 2 units up to 20 units can be added to this model. Servo axis number can range from 4 axes to 64 axes. ECO, PRO and MICRON model units can be used in START Model CNC Rotary Transfer Machines according to the machining operation.
